Ross Ulbricht Trial Postponed Until January
Soon after hitting a wall, Ross Ulbricht yesterday got some relief when the case judge accepted the defense plea to move the November 10th trial to January next year. The reason given by the Silk Road attorneys was their unpreparedness. They simply asked for more time because they needed more time to review the evidence given by the prosecution. Judge didn’t want to hold a hearing during the holiday season, and presumed January 2015 as the next-best option.
Bitcoin St. Petersburg Bow Ticket Sale Begins
BitPay and ESPN conjointly launched the official website of the much-hyped football event, Bitcoin St. Petersburg Bowl 2014. “When we launched WinkDex earlier this year, our goal was to provide the most accurate price of bitcoin by blending volume-weighted trade data from qualified Bitcoin exchanges. Since then, we have been working hard to expand our product suite, including a Bitcoin-USD price calculator and a public API for developers [….] we hope you enjoy the app as much as we’ve enjoyed building it, and please don’t hesitate to let us know how you think we can add to and improve your experience.”

The California-based attorney Charlotte Lin – who by the way is an avid cryptocurrency supporter – is currently investigating into a series of illegal activities that has practiced by KnCMiner’s sales and distribution department. The plaintiffs accused the company for breach of contract and false advertising.
