Coinverse to Expand Operations in Latin America
Coinverse launched a new banking Bitcoin platform which aims to expand its service to the Latin American market. This startup based in Brazil sees an unmet demand for Bitcoin solutions dedicated to new users or inexperienced in the use of cryptocurrency. Coinverse CFO Safiri Felix said that he estimates that the 90% of Brazilians who buy Bitcoin see it as an investment. Therefore, it is unlikely for them to use cryptocurrency technology as a way to transfer value. “We wanted to create a service to get to the common user and not just speculators and traders,” Felix said.
