In a statement the Justice Department in Virginia claims that the 17-year-old Ali Shukri Amin, a resident of Manassas who used the Twitter handle @Amreekiwitness and advised ISIS to use Bitcoin and other digital currencies to fund their terror operations , has pleaded guilty. The twitter account has though been suspended; its footprints are still available for users.
