MINNEAPOLIS, July 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (OTC: SOUL), "The Company," a publisher of games, music, and interactive books for digital devices, announced today it has signed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with California-based game development studio Human Soft Inc. ("Human Soft"), to publish two Virtual Reality ("VR") games.
"Casino Palace" is being developed for both VR and non-VR devices. Supported VR devices include HTC Vive, Samsung Gear VR, Oculus Rift, and Google Cardboard. Supported non-VR devices include iOS (iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) and Android. Casino Palace supports social interaction between players and real-money + Bitcoin transactions.
"Boxie" is being developed for VR devices and supports cross-connectivity with VR and non-VR "Companion Apps." Supported VR devices include PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift. The Companion Apps provide a mix of highly interactive and fully immersive spectator experiences and unlock unique content in the Boxie game. Boxie also supports social interaction and sharing between players.
