The Creditbit development team is busy with the final stages of the various aspects of the Creditbit project, about which it discussed with the community in its last Bitcoin Talk update. The dev team gave a quick status update of the sub projects like CreditDAO and CreditBAY in a recent short review.

The dev team informed the community about the status of CreditDAO and CreditIDENTITY. The Smart Contracts on CreditDAO and CreditIDENTITY are in the final stages of development and about to be finished. First version of both will be simplified to avoid complex voting processes and management of rights.

The short review posted by the dev team also updated the community on the status of dapp and CreditBAY. The proposed dapp is also in the final stage and the dev team will be able to show some screenshots soon. While, CreditBAY is under concept development. Moreover, the website will be updated soon to activate the CreditDAO and CreditIDENTITY sub pages.

The dev team also promised to post more news on the aforementioned topics soon.

But it is not only the dev team which has been working hard to make the Creditbit project a success, but also the Creditbit community. By now it has been reiterated enough to establish just how supportive and active the Creditbit community is. The community, which has been growing at a fast pace, is seeing more and more active members trying to help the coin’s development.

Recently, a community member called VanAllen posted about developing a small Windows application, with which they hope to make calculating of CreditBOND locking period/blocks/award simpler and faster.

The application needs some work, they added, and should be available in Beta version soon. VanAllen also plans to develop a cross platform version if the app proves popular, taking heed of the feedback from the other community members.

The application will be just an initial testing version to see if it’s something that it needed and worthwhile. In the meantime, it should be possible to run it in an emulator or VM on other systems. It will be a simple small .exe (no installation necessary). It will be uploaded for testing in a few days, as soon as it is fully functional.
