60 Minutes with Anderson Cooper will air an interview this Sunday with Laszlo Hanyecz, the man who bought two pizzas at a Papa Johns pizza joint in 2010, for the insane price of 10,000 BTC.

60 Minutes is a news show on CBS Network with feature segments, interviews and investigating reports. It's in the top 10 of best viewed shows in the United States.

Just a few days ago, Chepicap reported that a rumor was spreading on Crypto Twitter that 60 Minutes would be doing a segment about Bitcoin this weekend. Barry Silbert, CEO of the Digital Currency Group, was the one who dropped the rumors on Twitter.

It was as well announced that Laszlo Hanyecz, the 'Bitcoin Pizza man', would be featured on 60 Minutes with Anderson Cooper.

60 minutes points out that although Hanyecz became a big part of crypto history event, he didn't make the best investment choice.

Last year the now infamous 'Bitcoin Pizza Guy' said that he didn't regret ever making this pizza purchase.

'It wasn’t like Bitcoins had any value back then, so the idea of trading them for a pizza was incredibly cool. No one knew it was going to get so big.'

'I think that it's great that I got to be part of the early history of Bitcoin in that way', Hanyecz added.

In the early days of cryptocurrency, one man decided to trade his bitcoin for pizza. It was a historic event, but not such a great investment. "60 Minutes" reports, Sunday

'I really enjoyed explaining why crypto is important to Anderson Cooper', he tweeted.

This Sunday @60Minutes will air it’s first #Bitcoin episode ever. I really enjoyed explaining why crypto is important to @andersoncooper and what ifs future holds!
