Manta Network is ready to witness the launch of its upcoming token event called Squad Game, which, as the name suggests, is a game after the popular TV show Squid Game.
Squad Game bears similarities to its Netflix counterpart in that it uses a round robin system to facilitate release-related processes. Finally, as a fun fact, a group of Manta tokens are referred to as the “Manta Squad”, hence the name.
It should be noted that the Squad Game will only be open to members of the project’s fast-growing community, allowing individuals to purchase MA (Manta) tokens based on their participation only. It is also worth mentioning that news of the launch of the event comes immediately after the project has managed to raise $ 5.5 million in funding from over 30 venture capital funds, including reputable financial institutions such as CoinFund and ParaFi Capital.
In terms of the essence of the Manta Network, the platform can be seen as a decentralized ecosystem that provides plug-and-play privacy for any project operating in the growing Decentralized Finance (DeFi) market. Technically speaking, Manta can be thought of as a Layer 1 protocol that is designed to help harness the power of zkSNARK proofs to facilitate real-time algorithmic private transactions on the chain.
So what is Squad Game?
As previously mentioned, the Squad Game is an upcoming Manta Network Token Giveaway event. It is open only to the main sponsors of the project, which allows them to become one of the first people to own Manta tokens. These coins are multifaceted and are used by their owners for a variety of reasons, including the ability to participate in the platform’s own decision-making processes through things like chain governance voting.
The event is for invitees only and will start in two different rounds. In this regard, it should be noted that participants in both Rounds 1 and 2 must receive an official invitation via email and also undergo a special KYC check. The KYC registration and processing window is now open and will remain so until November 9th.
