Private consulting job.

1. Is this idea technically implementable? Building smart contracts directly on the Kusama/Polkadot blockchains is not possible and parachain auctions are held by means of modules. Do you have any ideas on how (from the technical point of view) could one approach this task?
2. How would you rate the difficulty of this task?
3. The knowledge of which programming languages would be suitable to execute the Polkadot/Kusama part of the project?

  • Setting up a low latency network between 2 cryptocurrency exchanges We are a team trading algorithmically between multiple cryptocurrency exchanges. We used to be using internet to connect between 2 exchanges, however now to be competitive we need a special provider of low latency network. There are multiple reputable providers that claim to improve connection between exchanges by about X ms (depends on the locations of the exchanges). We need to connect 2 AWS servers in different regions, both of the servers are colocated next to the exchanges. Unfortunately, our own expertise didn’t allow us to forward the data efficiently enough to achieve advertised speed improvement and we are missing about 20 ms relative to advertised speed improvements. We are looking for help to us set up a scalable network between 2 exchanges + make sure that the network operates at speeds close to advertised. According to the provider this is possible. Once this is done we would need to set up monitoring of the load/bandwidth to make sure that the data arrives on time.
  • Lowest Latency Cloud Solution to Communicate with Kucion API/Placing Orders Hello, I am looking for a lowest latency cloud solution to place orders at Kucoin Exchange. I use a crypto bot to place orders at Kucoin Exchange which use Kucoin's API. My current latency for placing orders is 50 ms - 60 ms. I want to bring it between 20 ms - 30 ms and keep it stable there. I have tried GCP, Alibaba and Aws Cloud (Tokyo Region) instances to connect to the Kucoin API already. I have tried all regions as well but only Tokyo gets the lowest latency. Briefly in some tests i was able to get 29 ms and 30 ms but it is never stable. I have tried various solutions from Cloud Services but i am still unable to find the answer. Kucoin API documentation says that the latency between receiving an order entry request and sending out a RECEIVE message will not be greater than 10ms. Rest is all dependant on the network. On the other hand, If anyone hired is able to achieve under 20 ms stable latency. I am willing to double the budget of the project. Please review https://docs.kucoin.com/#general and Please must answer the screening questions while applying.
